Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 1wen. By accessing, registering, or using the 1wen platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.
1wen operates under a PAGCOR license. All terms comply with Philippine gaming regulations.
Membership is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 or above, per PAGCOR regulations.
All member data is handled in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
Self-exclusion, deposit limits, and responsible gaming tools are built into every 1wen account.

By creating a member account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the 1wen platform, you expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with the 1wen Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform from time to time.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 1wen platform and close your account if one has been created.
Important: This Agreement is a legally binding contract. Please read it carefully before using 1wen. If you have questions about any provision, contact our support team before proceeding.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
3.1 Age Requirement. Membership on 1wen is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration. This requirement is set by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. 1wen actively enforces this requirement through mandatory age verification during the KYC process.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. The 1wen platform is intended for use by eligible residents of the Philippines. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using 1wen is lawful in their jurisdiction. 1wen makes no representations that use of the Platform is appropriate or available in locations outside the Philippines.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 1wen platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.4 Accurate Registration Information. Members must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
3.5 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, 1wen requires Members to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or equivalent). 1wen reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be permanently suspended. Any deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment method, less any administrative processing fees incurred.
4.1 Member Responsibility. Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. 1wen will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to a Member's account resulting from the Member's failure to safeguard their credentials.
4.2 Credential Sharing Prohibited. Members must not share, transfer, or sell their account credentials to any third party. Accounts are non-transferable. Only the registered account holder may access and operate the account.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 1wen strongly recommends that all Members activate two-factor authentication (2FA) via their account settings. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access.
4.4 Unauthorized Access Notification. Members must notify 1wen immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to their account. Notification should be made via the 24/7 live chat support channel available on the Platform.
4.5 Device Security. Members are advised to log out of their 1wen account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices. 1wen accepts no liability for losses incurred on accounts accessed via shared devices where the Member failed to log out.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 1wen currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at 1wen's discretion with reasonable notice to Members.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya transactions. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfers and card payments are stated at the time of transaction in the 1wen Cashier interface.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the Member's Wallet Balance in real time upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to process. Deposits via card are typically credited within a few minutes.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within fifteen (15) minutes on average during regular operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on a banking day will generally be completed within the same day. Withdrawals requested after this cut-off time, on weekends, or on Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next applicable banking day.
5.5 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used by the Member to deposit funds into their 1wen account, or to verified bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the Member's name. Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal will be processed.
5.6 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on 1wen are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Member.
5.7 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, Members represent and warrant that the funds being deposited are lawfully obtained and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 1wen reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
1wen does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may impose their own transaction limits or fees. Please check with your provider.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, and free bets offered by 1wen are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion's terms.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. 1wen reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Member is abusing the bonus system, participating in bonus exploitation, or placing bets in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
6.4 One Bonus Per Member. Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are limited to one per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account termination.
6.5 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
6.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 1wen reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Such modifications will not affect bonuses already credited and active in a Member's account at the time of the change.
7.1 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games available on 1wen — including slots, virtual table games, and arcade titles — are independently certified by third-party testing laboratories. Certification details are available upon request.
7.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) operated in a monitored studio environment. The integrity of live game outcomes is independently verified and is subject to the same PAGCOR oversight as RNG games.
7.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, interrupted connection, or technical fault that affects the outcome or continuity of a game session, 1wen reserves the right to declare the round void. Where a round is voided due to a technical fault, the Member's wagered amount will be returned to their Wallet Balance. No winnings will be paid on voided rounds.
7.4 Accepted Currency for Wagers. All wagers on 1wen must be placed using available real-money Wallet Balance or qualifying Bonus Funds. Members may not wager using funds that have not been credited to their account.
7.5 Published RTPs. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG titles are published in the respective game information panels within the 1wen game lobby.
Members must not engage in any of the following conduct on the 1wen platform. Violation of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
9.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming. 1wen is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Members. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that Members can activate at any time via their account settings, without needing to contact support.
9.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 1wen Members:
9.3 Age Verification and Minor Protection. 1wen strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement through KYC verification. Members must not allow minors under any circumstances to access their account or the 1wen platform.
9.4 Problem Gambling Assistance. Members who believe their gambling behavior may be problematic are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek assistance from professional support organizations. 1wen's support team is available 24/7 to assist Members in activating responsible gaming tools.

10.1 Platform Content. All content on the 1wen platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, user interface elements, audio, and visual materials — is the exclusive property of 1wen or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 Limited License to Members. 1wen grants Members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
10.3 Prohibited Use of Platform Content. Members must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 1wen content without prior written consent from 1wen.
11.1 Platform Availability. 1wen provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 1wen takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous platform availability, 1wen does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1wen's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arises.
11.3 Excluded Losses. 1wen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the Member's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.4 Third-Party Services. The 1wen platform integrates third-party services including payment processors and game providers. 1wen is not liable for any failure, error, delay, or interruption caused by third-party services beyond 1wen's reasonable control.
12.1 Termination by 1wen. 1wen reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
12.2 Termination by Member. Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting 1wen's support team. Upon account closure, any verified real-money Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their verified withdrawal method.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account termination — whether initiated by 1wen or the Member — all licenses granted under this Agreement cease immediately. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.
13.1 Informal Resolution. Members with a complaint or dispute relating to the 1wen platform are encouraged to contact 1wen's support team in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. 1wen will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally within a reasonable timeframe.
13.2 Formal Dispute Process. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the Member may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to 1wen's compliance team. Formal complaints will be acknowledged within five (5) business days and investigated within thirty (30) business days of receipt.
13.3 PAGCOR Referral. Members who remain dissatisfied after exhausting 1wen's internal dispute resolution process may refer the matter to PAGCOR for regulatory review, in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable complaint procedures.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the process described in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
1wen reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 1wen will provide Members with reasonable advance notice via a platform notification, email communication, or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Continued use of the 1wen platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If a Member does not agree to the amended terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
The date of the most recent revision to these Terms and Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. Members are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically.
